Counterpoise was co-founded by Mikala Rasmussen and Mette Reitzel, two Danes in London.

Mikala is an organisational wizard and the Head of Operations.
Mette is a documentary filmmaker and the Creative Director.

The pilot programme is delivered in collaboration with Soundcastle.
